Delivery
Every Zyra Baby piece is hand-embroidered to order. You choose how quickly it reaches you at checkout:
- Standard delivery — with you within five working days, anywhere in Pakistan. Rs. 750 per order.
- Rush delivery — your order moves to the front of the queue and is with you within three working days. Rs. 3,750 per order.
Both are per order, however many pieces it holds — gift sets and build-your-own orders travel together in a single parcel. Personalised pieces take no longer than plain ones; there are no plain ones.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank details are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation; bank-transfer orders join the embroidery queue once payment is received.
Returns and exchanges
Because every piece carries your child's name or initial, it can't be resold — so we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please check the spelling of the name carefully before you place your order; we embroider exactly what you type.
If a piece arrives damaged or with a mistake on our side, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will make it right.
Care
All pieces are soft luxury silk and are dry clean only. Store folded, away from direct sunlight.
