Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Zyra Baby through zyrababy.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and personalisation

All pieces are made to order in soft luxury silk and hand-embroidered with the name or initial you enter at the time of ordering. We embroider exactly what you type, including capitalisation and spelling. Colours may vary slightly from screen images because of fabric dye lots and screen settings.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery is charged separately at checkout. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed and enter production once payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Delivery

Standard delivery is within five working days and rush delivery within three working days, anywhere in Pakistan. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Because every piece is personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or incorrect items are remade or replaced if reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

Safety

Our pieces are keepsakes and gifts. Pacifier holders, name flags, bows and frames contain small parts and cords and must be used only under adult supervision; never leave them in a cot with a sleeping baby. All pieces are dry clean only.
