Delivery

Every Zyra Baby piece is embroidered by hand, to order. We deliver anywhere in Pakistan and, at checkout, you choose how soon it reaches you:

• Standard delivery — within five working days of ordering. Rs. 750 per order.
• Priority delivery — your order is placed first in our atelier's queue and is with you within three working days. Rs. 2,500 per order.

Delivery is charged once per order, however many pieces it holds. Gift sets and composed orders travel together, in a single parcel. Complimentary personalisation adds no time to your order.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Should you choose bank transfer, our account details will follow on WhatsApp and by email as soon as your order is placed; embroidery begins once payment is received.

Tracking and delays

You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a message when it is dispatched. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Should a courier delay affect your delivery date, we will let you know at once.
